Where is the shop located?
Actually i do not have a Physical Store, the items can be shipped from Spain or Switzerland.
My package didn't arrived yet. What can i do?
Please be patient. Delivery can take a while, specially overseas.
Do i get a discount for big orders?

Why is the Tracking number not showing updates?
The tracking will not show updates after it left Spain but will keep working once has reached the delivery country.
Which company will bring my package?
Usually packages are sent with Correos España, i do not know exactly with which company they work aboard. Usually is the local postal service.
Do i have to pay import fees?
If your delivery adress is outside the EU, probably you will have to.
